Full Registration Includes welcome gift, all training, vendor hall, entertainment, and ONE banquet ticket.

After May 1, 2026 - $225 per attendee

*Individual Training passes may be purchased at the registration table the day of use. Does not include meals, entertainment, banquet or welcome gift. 

Exception:  No passes for SCBA & EVT classes

for a full regular registration when signing up.

**EVT has an extra charge for the association membership.**

  • What does it cost to attend and what is included?

    Attendee registration is $175 per person.  This includes all training, meals, and one banquet ticket. Registration opens on February 1 of each year.  After May 1, 2026 registrations will increase to $225 per person. ID badges are required for all activities except the banquet. You will recieve a ticket for entry to the banquet hall.  You must present ticket for entry.

  • Can I attend a training without a full registration?

    Yes, individuals my attend by purchasing a training day pass at the registration table for $50 per day. This only includes the training for that day.  Meals, exhibit hall and banquet tickets  are not included


    Exception: SCBA & EVT classes.

  • Can I purchase more banquet tickets?

    Yes, banquet tickets can be purchased at $60 per person.  This is the only price and includes adults and children.  Tickets are required for entry into the banquet hall.  

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Refunds ,for attendees, must be requested by May 15, 2026.   After that date, refunds will not be made. Please note your refund will be minus the card processing fee.  

  • How will I know what trainings will be offered?

    The training classes will be posted as soon as they are finalized. Some classes will require pre-registration and they will be posted first. Please remember that our education committee work full time jobs and only volunteer their time to the convention.  They work tiredlessly from September to June to provide quality training opportunites each year.  

  • Do I have to belong to a local Ladies Auxiliary to attend the ladies' activities?

    We are aware that many attendees bring their families to AFC each year.  Any lady, regardless of their registration status, may attend the Ladies Auxiliary activites.  This is provided at no charge to those individuals courtesy of the convention.  You may be asked to RSVP on the registration form so a spot my be reserved for you.
